Consumers have the right to withdraw from purchase agreements. The withdrawal period is within fourteen calendar days:

• for sales contracts of goods from the day the consumer acquires the possession of the goods or
• in case of multi-part orders or partial deliveries the period starts from the day the consumer acquires the possession of the final product

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform Mollenhauer stating your name, address and if possible your phone number using an explicit cancellation by e-mail to info@mollenhauer.com or by fax, mail or by phone. To guarantee the withdrawal period it is necessary that you send the information of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The written notice must be sent to following address:
