Prepayment

After completing your purchase in our online shop, you will receive the invoice for your order via email . This will give our bank details and the amount to transfer. Once the money has been received by us, the goods will be dispatched. You will receive confirmation of this by email.

SEPA direct debit

We accept payment via SEPA direct debit for orders within Germany and other EU countries. Your bank details are carefully encrypted and transmitted to us for the purpose of processing the payment. You will receive the invoice stating both the SEPA mandate reference and the relevant pre-notification (advance notice). After receiving the invoice, you will have 14 days before our accounts department debits the amount shown on the invoice from your bank account. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.

Credit card payment

After entering your credit card details, the payment will automatically be approved and later debited from your account. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
You will receive a confirmatory email.

Paypal

This payment method is based on an account that you have arranged with PayPal. After clicking the purchase button, you will be redirected to the PayPal online page, where you will need to log in with your user name and password. You will be asked to confirm your purchase.
